At 11 AM today, the Miami-Dade County School Board will take up the issue of the employment contract for newly selected superintendent, Alberto Carvalho. The quick selection of Carvalho has come under fire. Stability and civility is needed on the Board.

Also under consideration is a revised item on personnel appointments that was tabled from the September 10 school board meeting.
