Suspect charged in attempted carjacking in which a baby was punched

Denied bond Tuesday: Francisco Oses, accused of trying to steal a woman's SUV with her three children inside outside a Miami Walgreens -- and punching one baby girl to ``keep her from crying.''
Oses, 37, of Hialeah, is charged with attempted carjacking, four counts of attempted kidnapping and aggravated child abuse.
He faces arraignment Feb. 4 in front of Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Diane Ward.
