Who or what is killing cats in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties? More cats were killed over the weekend in the Palmetto Bay/Cutler Bay areas.
Residents are terrified. If an animal is doing this, all small animals and even small children are in danger. If a human is doing this, he or she may graduate to killing other humans.
