This is a great marketing tool for AT&T, but even they highly exaggerate it. The 'high charges' are no higher than what people expect to pay for a long distance call. Despite 7 U.S. Attorneys General having warned about this, there are *no* documented cases of anyone having complained about one of these calls resulting in a high phone bill! www.wherecall.com/809.htm has further details and proof.
