Representative Dwight M. Bullard
Dwight Bullard has lived in Florida since 1981 and is currently the Florida State Rep. for District 118. He comes from a family of public servants, being the son of State Senator Larcenia Bullard and former Florida House Representative Edward Bullard. During his time in office Dwight Bullard has been a staunch defender and an outspoken champion of public education, has supported funding for clean energy and the restoration of the Everglades. Furthermore, Rep. Bullard believes in universal healthcare coverage and has been vocal in his support of the use of funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. Our New Majority believes that Rep. Bullard will be a strong and vocal leader in the State Senate — an institution that is in need of a powerful, activist voice.
