The Democratic National Convention officially starts today in Charlotte, NC. First Lady Michelle Obama is on deck tonight so don't miss her highly anticipated specch. A number folks from south Florida are among the Florida delegation and we'll follow them for the next couple of days. The culminating event is Thursday evening when President Barack Obama delivers his acceptance speech.
The nation is especially looking forward to the Dems Convention after the Republican Convention last week in which Clint Eastwood's Invisible Obama routine is still getting more traction than Mitt Romney's acceptance speech.
