To whom it may concern,
The state is forcing my boyfriend to put in a smoke detector in his condo for $850, when he can purchase a smoke detector at Home Depot or Lowes for less then or arond $40. Ms. Gillen you investigation was great but it is not fair to people that are on a fixed income and don't have $850 when they can get it at the store cheaper.
Sincerely, Brenda Ormiston
