Liberty City Optimist football team wins another national title

The Liberty City Optimist Club trophy shelf just got a little more crowded.

The Liberty City Warriors, the club's football team, won the Junior Pee Wee title at the 53rd Pop Warner Super Bowl and National Cheer and Dance Championships on Dec. 12 in Lake Buena Vista.

The Warriors beat the Shaker Fire of Ohio 27-6 in the championship game.
