IT Training and Help Desk Specialist
The Children's Trust has an opening for an IT Training and Helpdesk Specialist, a technical and instructional expert who ensures that  end-users have clear and concise training, end-user documentation, a superior learning experience in person, among other tasks. The specialist will form part of the information technology team. Requirements for the position include: a B.A. degree; a minimum three years relevant experience providing helpdesk services, training/education, curriculum development, and/or technical writing, including 2-5 years of experience with training material preparation and classroom delivery; proficiency with MS Office 2007 Productivity Suite; among others. c and operational goals, among other responsibilities.
