Miss Florida USA's farewell tea with Embrace Girls Foundation

On Friday, May 27, 2011 the Embrace Girls Foundation, Inc., hosted its farewell Tea recognizing Lissette Garcia, Miss Florida USA 2010, a long time program mentor. The event, one of the organization’s signature Socials was held at Midtown Miami's hottest venue, Villa221, located at 221 N.E. 17th Street, Miami, Florida 33132.
"We are very proud of our partnership with the Miss Florida USA organization and the relationship the girls have acquired over the years with the young ladies from across the State who participate annually" said Velma R. Lawrence, CEO and Founder of the Embrace Girls Foundation, Inc., and its Little Miss Princess Pageant adding "Lissette has been very active with our organization during her reign and so, the girls really wanted to do something special for her send off."
Garcia will compete in the Miss USA pageant along with delegates from 50 States and the District of Columbialive on NBC from the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Sunday, June 19, 2011.

What a great opportunity for those young girls... I think Lissette has been a great representative for our state, from the little I know about her!
