Community Health of South Florida, Inc. (CHI) is closing most of its health centers and services on Monday Nov. 9, 2020 due to Tropical Storm Eta. There will be no COVID-19 testing on that date.

However limited services will remain open on Nov. 9, 2020 at the Doris Ison Health Center 10300 SW 216 St. Miami, FL 33190 including:

WALK IN SERVICES OPEN 8AM-3PM

URGENT CARE OPEN 3PM-10PM

LABORATORY OPEN 8:30AM-10:30AM

PHARMACY OPEN 10AM-4PM

CRISIS STABALIZATION UNIT OPEN 24 HOURS
